For the safety and protection of all our children, the Diocese of Rockville Centre requires that:

1. ALL adult volunteers (Ages 18 and up) complete the Volunteer Service Request Form. Both this form and a copy of your VIRTUS certificate (See Below: step 2) must be completed, signed and returned to the Rectory offices prior to starting a ministry.

2. All volunteers must create a VIRTUS account by clicking here.  You will then be prompted to register for VIRTUS training and complete a Code of Conduct form and a background check.  Please notify the rectory when all is completed.  A copy of the VIRTUS certificate must be submitted with the Volunteer Service Request Form. forms to the rectory prior to starting a ministry.

No one will be permitted to participate in a ministry until the paperwork has been submitted.
